If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms, including any deposit refund policies, will be specified in your written service agreement. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered or crew time has been reserved.
Payment terms will be outlined in your written service agreement. A deposit may be required prior to scheduling. Remaining balances are generally due upon project completion unless otherwise specified in writing.
Invoices that are not paid within the timeframe stated in the service agreement may be subject to late fees. Crawfordsville Concrete reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.
We accept payment methods as listed in your service agreement. Please confirm accepted payment types before work begins.
Crawfordsville Concrete will obtain required permits for covered projects as required by local ordinance in Crawfordsville, IN and surrounding jurisdictions. Permit fees, when applicable, will be included in the project estimate. It is the responsibility of the property owner to disclose any known easements, utility locations, or restrictions that could affect the work.
Crawfordsville Concrete warrants that work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. Specific warranty terms, if any, will be set out in your written service agreement.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Crawfordsville, IN.
Each party waives any right to a jury trial or class action in connection with any dispute arising under these Terms.
These Terms and any service agreements entered into with Crawfordsville Concrete are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Indiana.
